About PostPilot
PostPilot is a web application for planning, scheduling and publishing posts to social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage. It brings your accounts, your publishing calendar and the results of your posts into one place.
What PostPilot does
Plan and schedule
Create a post once, choose the connected accounts it goes to and pick the date and time. Many posts can be imported at once from a CSV or Excel file.
Publish safely
Nothing goes live without your explicit confirmation. Posts run in simulation mode until live publishing is confirmed, and temporary platform errors are retried automatically.
Work as a team
Several people can work in one organization with roles (owner, administrator, member) and an optional approval step before a post is published.
Follow the results
PostPilot shows the status of every post, the link to the published content when the platform provides it, and the metrics each platform makes available.
Supported platforms
Each account is connected through the platform's own authorization page, with only the permissions you approve.
Instagram
Videos (Reels), Stories and feed images, through Meta's official Graph API.Facebook

Videos through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API (Direct Post). Until the PostPilot app passes TikTok's audit, posts are published as private ("only me").YouTube
Video uploads (including Shorts) to your channel, through the official YouTube Data API.
Your accounts and your data
- PostPilot works only with accounts you connect yourself, through the official authorization of each platform.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted on the server and are used only to perform the actions you request.
- You can disconnect an account at any time; you can also remove PostPilot's access from the platform's own settings.

Access
PostPilot accounts are created by invitation; there is no public sign-up. To request access, write to marius@craiovaforum.ro. Existing users can sign in.
Languages
The PostPilot interface is available in English and Romanian.
