PostPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Service

PostPilot is a social media management service that helps users schedule, publish, and analyze content on social media platforms through authorized platform APIs.

2. User accounts and authorization

Users are responsible for the social media accounts they connect to PostPilot. By connecting an account, the user authorizes PostPilot to perform the actions permitted by the selected platform and the permissions granted during authorization.

3. User content

Users are responsible for the videos, text, images, links, and other content they upload, schedule, or publish through PostPilot. Users must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish that content.

4. Platform policies

Use of PostPilot together with third-party social media platforms is also subject to the terms, policies, and requirements of those platforms. PostPilot does not control changes made by third-party platforms to their APIs, features, availability, or policies.

5. Publishing

PostPilot publishes content only to destinations selected and authorized by the user. Users are responsible for reviewing their selected destination, content, and schedule before publishing.

6. AI suggestions

Optional AI features (such as Copilot) produce suggestions that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Suggestions are never saved, scheduled or published automatically: a user must choose to use a suggestion, and remains responsible for reviewing it and for the content they publish, including any facts, numbers, claims or links it contains. Copilot is available to an organization only after its owner turns it on, and its use is subject to usage limits. Users must not use AI features to produce content that is unlawful or that violates the policies of connected platforms.

7. Availability

Third-party API outages, restrictions, rate limits, policy changes, processing delays, or other technical limitations may affect publishing or analytics. PostPilot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platform services.

8. Prohibited use

Users must not use PostPilot for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, abuse of third-party platforms, or content that violates applicable laws or the policies of connected platforms.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
